One of them, ETM Enerji Telekom Mühendislik A.Ş., established in Ankara in 2003, operates, maintains, repairs, installs, surveys, acceptance, project preparation-energy works, system research and development, tower and GSM base stations in Turkcell Eastern Black Sea Region. It provided infrastructure services through Ankara, Trabzon and Ordu regional offices with its technical and administrative staff of 74 people.
